Security Sector Reform (RSS):
A New Area for Spain´s Action Abroad
The seminar tackles the issue of Security Sector Reform (SSR) in three consecutive round tables. The first round table will analyse the different capacities, actions and strategies adopted in the framework of intergovernmental organisations as well as cooperation and development agencies in various partner countries, including the Spanish Agency for International Cooperation and Development (AECID). The second and third round tables will analyse the possibilities to develop a Spanish strategy on SSR. |
