CITpax helps improve communication between different parties involved in international crisis management, and especially representatives of civil and military units. The dual aim in this field is to improve existing resources coordinating such units and to foster the combined and quick deployment of civil and military experts in peace operations, regardless of the operation’s stage. CITpax has begun the discussion and has formulated proposals in Spain, always bearing in mind developments within the European Union framework and in other countries with a solid tradition in civil and military cooperation, such as Canada and Norway.
CITpax favours an integrated approach to crisis management, supporting initiatives that aim to improve coordination between civil and military crisis management resources.
